Cancellation Policy
To ensure appointment availability and continuity of care for all clients, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling request.
As your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full treatment fee.
Should you be unable to attend, you are welcome to arrange for another individual to attend in your place to avoid the cancellation charge.
